Guest Services Coordinator

Providing excellent service to both internal and external customers, the remote Guest Services Coordinator will support Sales and Marketing departments by managing guest qualifications and assigning agents for vacation ownership sales presentations. Key responsibilities Acquire Sales personnel attendance each morning for tour assignment and maintain daily sales rotation Verify guest tour qualifications and assist guests with technical setup for virtual tours Professionally interact with guests to ensure a smooth transition to Sales personnel and maintain high customer service standards Required qualifications Experience in customer service or a related field Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and reporting Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings and evenings Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to participate in training and team meetings as required
