Phillips Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Commercial Account Manager Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a long-term career working in insurance. No prior experience is required. The successful candidate will participate in a structured three-month training program.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work directly with commercial clients and provide responsive, high-quality service.
• Learn the fundamentals of commercial insurance and support the day-to-day servicing of accounts.
• Use Excel and other business tools to organize information accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, solve problems, and follow through on requests.
• Manage daily priorities in a fast-paced professional office environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and keen attention to detail.
• Confidence interacting with people by phone and the ability to work through challenges.
• A disciplined approach to planning, setting goals, and getting things done.
• An enthusiastic, service-minded attitude and interest in learning.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
