Paralegal
Established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for their firm! Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years as a Paralegal and be able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Paralegal Requirements:
- 5+ Years experience preferred
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings discovery, record summaries and subpoenas
- Prepare summaries and organize files for discovery and trial
- Provide case management and organization from inception
- Experience with Relativity eDiscovery software preferred but not required
- Work well under pressure, keep a calm and professional demeanor at all times
- State and Federal filing preferred
- Record billable time
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interact with clients, visitors and attorneys/staff via phone, email and in-person
