Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and provide short-term psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups utilizing effective treatment modalities.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, participating in clinical consultations with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services including crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and supportive therapy tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical services and communication with clients and associated healthcare providers.

• Utilize the latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for diagnosing mental health conditions under supervision, ensuring a high standard of care.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings and professional development activities to enhance service delivery and adhere to best practices.

• Assess client emergencies and determine urgency to initiate appropriate actions, including crisis intervention and coordination of care with psychiatric specialists.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Arizona is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy services in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
