Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of proven therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions using our secure digital platform, prioritizing ease of access for clients who prefer virtual interaction or face accessibility barriers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold industry standards and regulatory requirements.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Signify Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and various other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
