Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by reviewing clients’ histories and emotional states to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address complex issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic and cohesive approach to client care, integrating resources and support systems as needed.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques during acute distress situations, drawing from your expertise to stabilize clients and create safety plans.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
