Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. You will also work with their families to address systemic contributing factors, thereby enhancing treatment outcomes through a family-focused lens.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, and proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Practical experience in individual therapy and family therapy, particularly with young clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.

• A proven ability to establish rapport and build trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a licensed mental health therapist, preferably with a focus on child and adolescent populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
