Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD). Note: We do not offer supervision, and applicants must possess no disciplinary actions on their licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a warm, empathetic nature

• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions and a dependable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified candidates, experience in virtual counseling or familiarity with solution-focused therapies can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus to new team members.
