Sirius Staffing is seeking a Scheduler in The Woodlands, TX. Please contact us for more information. Position Summary: We are seeking a Scheduler I to coordinate and schedule maintenance and construction resources in a fast-paced utility environment. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure work is scheduled efficiently while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule maintenance and construction work for field personnel.
• Coordinate work assignments and resource availability.
• Communicate with customers, field crews, and internal departments.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Update and maintain scheduling information.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure work is completed according to established timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.

Qualifications:

• 0-4 years of experience in one or more of the following: Customer Service, Meter Services, Scheduling, Dispatching.
• Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Experience scheduling maintenance or construction resources preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with multiple departments and levels of leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Utility or construction industry experience.

Must-Haves:

• Living within 5-20 miles of The Woodlands, TX.
• 0-4 years of customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or meter service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating schedules or resources.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
