Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Main Street Social Work, you will take on an active role in the recovery of your clients through the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals entering substance abuse treatment, identifying mental health concerns and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Provide effective psychotherapy using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support patient recovery efforts.

• Maintain clear and compliant clinical records that reflect the progress and treatment goals of each patient.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure that all aspects of care are coordinated and that patients receive holistic support.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health and substance use resources to facilitate informed choices in their recovery journey.

• Stay current with new research in the field of substance abuse treatment and integrate these findings into your practice to enhance effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals coping with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges in their recovery journeys. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
