The Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive counseling and support services remotely for school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a schedule that aligns with typical school hours. You will collaborate with a vibrant and supportive team of healthcare professionals who believe in work-life balance as a cornerstone of effective caregiving. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, with options for 4x10 or traditional 5x8 work shifts.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing therapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families, focusing on emotional and psychological growth.
\n
• Conducting thorough client interviews to gather insights on their social, personal, and environmental contexts.
\n
• Evaluating mental health issues and developing individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinating activities and programs that meet the identified social and emotional needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic interventions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health challenges, including crisis resolution.
\n
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients, providing a safe space for open dialogue.
\n
• Continuously assessing the effectiveness of treatment strategies, adjusting as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Documenting all casework comprehensively and promptly in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Managing a caseload that reflects the center’s guidelines and ensures effective service delivery.

• Participating in regular team meetings to collaborate on best practices and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students who may be facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family issues, and behavioral problems. You will work collaboratively with school personnel, families, and external specialists to create holistic care plans that effectively support the emotional and mental well-being of each student. This role is essential in ensuring our young clients have the resources and support essential for their development and success.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience will be considered a strong advantage:

• A minimum of 4 years working in social work with a focus on mental health.

• Professional experience in counseling individuals with behavioral health issues, including substance abuse, mood disorders, grief, and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
