Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing
Location: Bomnin Automotive Management

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Bomnin Automotive Group plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across the entire Bomnin Automotive Group. This position supports all dealership locations by driving online visibility, generating leads, and enhancing brand presence through digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including paid search, display, social media, email, and SEO.
• Website & Content Management: Manage website updates, landing pages, and ensure online content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for search and user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), campaign results, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM dashboards.
• Lead Generation: Optimize digital campaigns to maximize quality lead volume for all store locations.
• SEO/SEM: Manage organic and paid search initiatives to ensure strong search rankings and traffic growth.
• Social Media: Maintain and grow the group's presence across major social platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's voice, events, and community efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store-level marketing liaisons, BDC, sales teams, and vendor partners to ensure alignment on campaigns, messaging, and reporting.
• Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews, customer comments, and dealership ratings across review platforms.
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and industry regulations.

Position Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive, retail, or multi-location environment.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), and SEO/SEM best practices.
• Experience using CRM tools and dealership platforms (e.g., Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, VinSolutions, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment assessment.

• This position primarily involves office-based work with minimal physical demands.

• Professional office setting at Bomnin Automotive Headquarters, with collaboration across dealership locations.
• Remote work flexibility may be considered depending on business needs and performance.
