Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Peoria, Arizona. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Join a growing outpatient therapy team in Peoria, AZ as a Physical Therapist. Provide evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients toward functional goals under physician direction. Deliver discipline-specific therapy services, supervise support staff and students as assigned, and document care in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards. Uphold professional licensure, practice acts, and organizational expectations for patient and employee safety. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona state physical therapy license required prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. This assignment focuses on primary orthopedics. Competence in performing comprehensive evaluations, developing functional treatment plans, goal writing, and timely documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry. Ability to work with physician-directed orders and insurance approvals as required for clinical care. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising students and participating in clinical education programs. Demonstrated engagement in professional development and continuing education. Familiarity with clinic performance improvement initiatives and quality documentation practices. Assignment Details Shift pattern: 5x8 Outpatient setting, primary orthopedic caseload.
