ROLE OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Service Department is looking for individuals to help work in our Phoenix, AZ Warehouse, Bullfrog's service team is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for individuals to help keep up with demand, individuals that are highly motivated and ready to learn a new trade. Experience with power, circuit boards, plumbing, and any other hot tub related skills preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a forklift Follow written instructions Operation of general hand tools Clean interior and exterior of spas and install aftermarket accessories All spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell Pull and load show spas and POS material Assist service and delivery team when needed Assist Sales team when needed Spa repair both major and minor Rework the spas, fix any problems such as changing out parts, motors, heaters, lights, etc. and fixing leaks. Making sure the repairs are held to the current standards General housekeeping Data entry Work well with other team members All other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information Ability to read service manuals Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers Must be able to lift 50lbs Able to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complications Pass a forklift operations program

BONUS SKILLS WE PREFER

Experience in Pools and Spa repairs Experience in Electrical Mechanically inclined Valid drivers with a clean driving record Ability to work in hot temperatures
