BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Business Development Coordinator - Remote Horizon Health is seeking an experienced business development coordinator to join our team! This role is crucial in supporting the sales organization by managing proposals, creating presentations, administering our Salesforce CRM, and handling general sales administrative tasks. Additionally, the role will assist with contract preparation and coordination to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales agreements. Responsibilities Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to support the sales team’s efforts ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and tracking sales activities. Assist with contract drafting, review, and coordination between internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate timely execution. Develop Ideal Customer Profile by leveraging data provided by Trilliant/Definitive Health, and other tools. Assist in Marketing and advertising initiatives, i.e., social media campaigns, websites, etc. Monitor and track sales metrics and KPIs, providing insights to management as needed. Tracks and reports data regarding target demographics and the company’s marketing efforts. Assist in planning and execution of special functions and/or conferences at the corporate office or an off-site location. This includes scheduling hotels, travel, meeting space and all other logistic issues relating to the function as well as preparing presentations and attendee literature and handouts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient sales processes. Perform other duties as assigned/required by this position as it pertains to business marketing objectives.
