CNC Field Service Engineer

As a Field Services Engineer, you'll support clients across a locally defined territory. For this role, a person could be based in the Sioux Falls, Minneapolis or Kansas City markets. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base-all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

Responsibilities

Although not all inclusive, below are some more details:

The focus will be on the the Dakotas market.

You'll be responsible for day to day field service which can include service, troubleshooting, installations and/or preventive maintenance as you launch from home most days.

Essential Duties include:

- Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
- Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.

- Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
- Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
- Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
- Other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing C.N.C. machining centers and C.N.C. turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills - focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
