Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities, conducting assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address individual needs.

• Facilitate regular clinical sessions with clients, maintaining accurate and timely records of clinical notes and progress in accordance with departmental policies.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to communicate patient progress, concerns, and recommendations regarding treatment interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral issues, developing strategic plans to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Consult with families and support systems to navigate discharge planning, fostering an integrated approach to client care and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Leading Edge Wellness & Counseling, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship disputes, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent is required.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, managing a diverse caseload.
\n
• Strong proficiency in computer software, including electronic medical records systems, MS Office Suite, and other digital communication platforms.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of outpatient experience is required, candidates with advanced skills in trauma-informed therapy, family systems theory, or specific modalities such as CBT or DBT will be highly regarded. Experience with teletherapy platforms is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
