Position Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (ACS) Location Nashua, New Hampshire (NH) Overview Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to support recruitment, college outreach, onboarding, and special HR projects. The role will partner with department managers and hiring managers to deliver quality talent and a positive employee experience. Wage: Depends on experience. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and support department goals and talent acquisition strategies. Support candidate experience initiatives, collaborate with managers on job descriptions, evaluate candidates, and conduct interviews. Manage full-cycle recruitment for a heavy requisition load, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. Proactively source talent through networking, direct outreach, industry events, and external partnerships. Develop effective recruiting strategies with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. Utilize recruiting channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and drive process improvements. Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience. Ensure required documentation meets company and government compliance. Recruit for the Summer Internship Program, including travel to regional colleges and universities. Foster positive employee relations and support site culture around diversity, inclusion, wellness, safety, and engagement. Other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. At least 3years of HR experience, preferably high‑volume exempt technical recruiting. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS, with a focus on automation, is preferred. Skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while staying organized. Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and innovative solution skills. Strong prioritization and timely execution of critical tasks. Effective communication with all organizational levels. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Customer‑focused mindset with a high sense of ownership.
