Job Full Description

Human Resources Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Location: Nacogdoches, TX
Pay Rate: Will pay up to $18 DOE

Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize employee files and records
Assist with general office and administrative duties
Perform data entry and work with Excel spreadsheets
Use computer systems and office software efficiently
Support HR staff with various projects and tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Demonstrate strong attendance and time management

Qualifications:

Organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
