Executive Assistant

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm Summary NacSpace is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with our management team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is outgoing, highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, casual environment. Responsibilities Schedule and maintain appointments and meetings. Maintains an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Prepares and reviews documents Creates regular reports and updates internal databases Responds promptly to managers’ queries Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Assists with Expense reconiliationsmonthly Assists with payables and invoice approval with management Assists with drug testing employees at NacSpace Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required, college courses preferred, as well as, a minimum of one year experience as an Administrative Assistant. Must be proficient in Word and Excel programs and experience with using candidate sourcing resources (e.g. Indeed, WorkinTexas/TWC, etc.) Demonstrate time management and organizational skills and be able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Requirements Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
