Key Qualifications:

• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy methods and materials to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Support a positive, inclusive, and accessible school environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices
