Program Analyst

Position Overview You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Public Works Directorate Business Line of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND HAWAII. Specialized Experience Identifying military facility/operation requirements and ensuring financial resource availability for required repair/maintenance through government financial planning, i.e. general fund budget concepts; Utilizing performance metrics and key performance indicators, data gathering and analytics, presenting recommendations, and exercising sound judgement; Tracking program resources, and analyzing and recommending decisions for timely program financial success; Providing information on a broad range of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents. *NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
