Job Title: General Manager / HVAC License Holder

Location: Central North Carolina (Greater Winston-Salem / Piedmont Triad Area)

Compensation: $80,000-$125,000 Base Salary plus aggressive performance bonuses (Expected $120,000 to $180,000 Total Target)

About Our Company We are a premier, established HVAC contracting business with over 30 years of history serving Central North Carolina. We have built our reputation on high integrity, active listening, and doing exactly what we promise for our customers. We currently operate with a dedicated team of nine, utilizing a remote dispatch model to keep our technicians highly efficient. We are looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to hold our state license, lead our team, and scale our highly profitable operation to the next level.

What You Will Do

• Run the day-to-day operations of a highly profitable HVAC service and installation business.
• Manage, track, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the company P&L.
• Cultivate a positive, productive team culture built on empathy and accountability.
• Utilize forward-thinking strategies, including the integration of AI technologies, to streamline business processes.
• Provide hands-on support in the field, including performing repairs and installs when the team needs backup.
• Serve as the active NC HVAC licensed qualifier for the business.

What We Are Looking For

• Active North Carolina HVAC License is absolutely required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry with a strong background in operations and financial management.
• High character, positive energy, and a desire to dream big.
• Physical ability to jump into a truck and handle field labor when necessary.
• Clean background check and a valid driver's license.
