Job Description

Need someone to start right away .This position is fully onsite in Downtown Miami for a financial services firm. Great Opportunity. Looking for someone to start right away- must be unemployed.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently

- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services or products

- Maintain a tidy reception area

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Receptionist in financial services

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Proficiency in English and Spanish

- Financial Services experience
