Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students in a K-12 school setting, including evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of communication disorders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals for speech, language, and related areas; document progress and outcomes.
- Conduct screenings, formal assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring; maintain accurate data and records for compliance.
- Collaborate with teachers, school-based therapists, and families; participate in IEP meetings and team planning to support student success.
- Manage a small caseload (approximately 50 students) with organized scheduling, efficient data collection, and timely communication of therapy plans.

Requirements
- Active Oregon state license as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP); no teaching certificate required
- Ability to hold or obtain licensure to practice in Oregon; license in good standing
- Experience in school-based settings (K-12) preferred; pediatric-focused clinical experience acceptable
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, daytime hours; 40 hours per week expected during the school year
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams; able to document and communicate progress clearly
- Authorization to work in the United States; ability to operate within a school environment
