Rather than inheriting established procedures, you'll have the opportunity to develop, document, and improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows as the organization continues to scale.


High Visibility and Ownership
This is not a transactional accounting role. You'll work closely with leadership and play an active role in growth initiatives, compliance, reporting, and operational improvements.


Systems and Integration Exposure
Support ERP and system integrations, establish controls, reconcile complex data flows, and help create scalable processes that support future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities.
• Develop and implement new accounting processes, procedures, and efficiencies.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances, providing actionable insights.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting accuracy.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and other special projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Prior leadership experience managing and mentoring an accounting team.
• Demonstrated success improving processes, creating efficiencies, and supporting system implementations or integrations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• CPA designation or CPA track preferred.
