Job Description

Tired of running burned-out leads? Close high-ticket Impact Windows, Doors & Roofing deals with pre-qualified homeowners.

We are hiring experienced Outside Sales Representatives to cover pre-set appointments across South Florida. If you master the In-Home One-Call Close and want a steady stream of sales opportunities, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Run pre-qualified appointments

• Present home improvement solutions, negotiate, and close deals

• Manage follow-ups and pipeline

• Represent our brand professionally and ethically

• Identify additional opportunities when appropriate

Work area: Broward | Palm Beach | Miami-Dade

Qualifications:

• Prior home improvement sales experience required

• Proven ability to close on the first visit

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated with good time management

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable in a performance-driven role
