Divisional Business Development Manager (Mortgage Sales Recruiter)

CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) is a leading distributed retail mortgage lender operating across the United States. Position Overview Divisional Business Development Manager supports the Bloomington, MN office of CrossCountry Mortgage. The role is responsible for recruitment and the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing execution of effective recruitment plans and selection strategies supporting loan officers, mortgage bankers, branch managers, and sales leaders. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive level VPs, regional managers, directors, branch managers, and sales sources to qualify, interview, and hire top producing loan officers, mortgage bankers, and branch manager candidates in strategically defined market regions. Collaborate with hiring managers to stay current with hiring and business needs. Develop action plans for growth in target markets including metrics from first contact to successful hire. Target companies and passive candidates by leveraging Boolean searches, cold calls, and networking techniques. Lead passive searches using Boolean search, cold calls, and networking. Meet hiring goals set by recruiting lead. Source passive candidates via networking, existing database, and internet research. Communicate weekly with regional and branch managers to review recruiting reports, growth goals, and progress; provide weekly candidate pipeline updates. Develop and maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring; network with referral partners and passive and proactive candidates. Qualifications & Skills 3–5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter. Preferred experience in loan originator, branch, or mortgage production environments. Experience supporting recruitment for retail mortgage loan originators or sales call centers. Experience cultivating and maintaining ongoing contact with referral base. Proficient with applicant tracking systems or CRM to maintain accurate and timely reporting. Excellent communication skills. Benefits Competitive compensation plan.
