Job Description: Digitalization Focal Point Lead Location: Charlotte, United States Start Date: 27 April 2026 Pay Rate: $45 Per Hour Job Description: As a Digitalization Focal Point Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital transformation initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and lead the implementation of digital solutions to drive efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digitalization strategies to enhance business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digitalization opportunities
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions and technologies
- Provide training and support to employees on digital tools and platforms
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives
- Stay current on digital trends and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
