You'll get to:Support the operational and administrative functions of the bank activities in North America.Responsible for analyzing business processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, preparing reports, and supporting management in decision-making.Ensure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and effective implementation of banking policies.Maintain bank and merchant accounts by opening and closing accounts, modifying services, updating signers, and supporting treasury-related SOX compliance.Coordinate and administer bank account Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation as it relates to bank regulatory and compliance requirements.Administer and maintain online banking and credit card platforms.Assist in administering annual PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements.Review monthly bank account analysis fees, validate charges, and address discrepancies in collaboration with bank representatives.Liaise with banking partners to resolve day-to-day inquiries and in support of business initiatives in the US, Canada, and LATAM markets.Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing requested documentation and analysis.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.Assist with daily cash management activities, including liquidity tracking, forecasting, and cash strategy execution.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Join us!The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
