Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 Duration: 13 weeks contract (Possibility of extension) Shift: 7am - 7pm (3*12)hours shift. Weekends and holidays as needed. Tentative start date: 10/19/2026 Payrate: $58/hour on w2 ***High acuity SDU, must have ICU exp*** Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility
Duties:
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU/SDU, identifying changes in condition promptly.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed while ensuring patient safety.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and provide education/support to patients and families.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants or junior staff when required.
Education:
- Associate's Degree of Nursing - required
- Bachelor's Degree - preferred
Certifications & Licenses:
- RN - NJ State license or multistate license.
- ACLS - AHA
- BLS – AHA.
