HR Operations Specialist

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for seamlessly executing HR processes that support our employees and maintain the integrity of company processes and data. This role manages employee transactions in our HRIS system across the enterprise, including promotions, transfers, and other organizational data. This role provides operational support to the human resource function including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry and compliance. The role is also employee-facing as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and helping employees and managers navigate company policies and internal processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
