The Senior Manager also oversees performance metrics, streamlines processes, and supports team development to deliver high-quality products that align with merchandising goals and enhance overall business performance.About the team:The Product Development team plays a pivotal role in advancing Walmart Brands by integrating category and brand strategies with product innovation. This team leads cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Sourcing, Brand, Packaging, Quality, and suppliers to develop purposeful and differentiated products. They focus on building a cohesive development pipeline and a forward-looking product roadmap that balances customer needs, quality, value, and commercial goals.
