SelecSource is seeking an energetic, bilingual, and results-driven Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team in Suwanee, GA . This position plays a vital role in supporting our clients by recruiting, onboarding, and managing a reliable workforce. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and screen candidates for light industrial and clerical positions
• Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish
• Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, E-Verify, orientations, and employment documentation
• Fill open positions efficiently while maintaining high-quality hiring standards
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
• Coordinate daily staffing needs, employee call-offs, and shift coverage
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of staffing, recruiting, or high-volume hiring experience preferred
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer service
