Our talented, loyal and dedicated employees provide highest quality and innovative solutions, products and services to meet our customers needs.Job Summary:This role provides vital data and updates of the production system.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor and track parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location.Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, warehouse, purchasing and production resources within the Company to ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within specifications.Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required.Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurateWork with production personnel to ensure metric goals are understoodUpdate and utilize visual management boards to drive results.Work with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics driven action requirements are completed.Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership daily.Assist management team with action item updates as required.Ensure accuracy of E-KANBAN systemCreate shop orders and shippers for customersEducation and Experience:High DiplomaPreferred experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing environments.Knowledge, Skill and AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
