The Resourcer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and qualifying candidates for a wide range of contract and permanent opportunities across key industry sectors. Working closely with Recruiters, Account Managers, and Business Development teams, you will build talent pipelines, maintain candidate relationships, and provide market intelligence to support business growth and successful project delivery. What You'll Be Doing Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and internal databases. Candidate Screening: Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess skills, experience, availability, and suitability against client requirements. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pools across engineering, energy, life sciences, infrastructure, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Market Mapping: Research target companies, competitor activity, and talent availability to support recruitment and business development strategies. Candidate Engagement: Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Database Management: Accurately maintain candidate records, activity logs, and compliance documentation within the company CRM and ATS systems. Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruiters and Sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver qualified shortlists efficiently. Advertising Vacancies: Prepare and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies to maximise effectiveness.
