Title: Recruiter I Location: Seattle, WA / Arlington, VA Duration: 12 Months (high possibility of extension) Pay Range: $35 to $37 per hour Required Skills 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years. Proficiency in Boolean search and complex keystring building (will be assessed during the interview). Strong technical aptitude and comfort with using AI tools and ATS systems. Ability to meet metrics such as achieving 4 hires per month, conducting a specified number of calls, screenings, and email reach-outs, and recruiting for various tech roles. High motivation, strong work ethic, quick learning ability, and a genuine enthusiasm for active sourcing and recruiting. Capability to work 100% onsite. Plusses Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles such as Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, and Deployment Technicians.
