Speech Language Pathologist

Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Experience providing services in school settings preferred Knowledge in developing and implementing IEPs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to serve a diverse student population with varying needs Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students learning goals Create individual and group therapy plans aligned with students IEPs Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Utilize evidence-based practices to foster development of students communication skills Provide resources and training as needed to staff and families Perks of This Opportunity: Flexible contract assignment, allowing for work-life balance and professional growth Opportunity to make meaningful impact within supportive school communities Network with other school-based professionals and expand your skillset Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00.
