Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine physical capabilities and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with personalized attention, maintaining a manageable patient load of no more than one patient per hour.
• Utilize effective therapeutic approaches that may include manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and the use of modalities to enhance range of motion and mobility.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate regularly with patients and their families, guiding them through their treatment journey and providing motivational support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary approach to integrate therapy services that promote comprehensive care.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and observable outcomes, ensuring a responsive and adaptive approach to care.
• Promote wellness education and lifestyle changes that enhance client health, including strength and balance training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients include individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with diverse populations, including athletes, post-operative patients, and older adults, requiring tailored interventions to meet varying needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with further qualifications preferred such as a Master's Degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT).
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean, unblemished record with no board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and experience working with software like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Proven track record in achieving positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this full-time position is between USD 75,000 – 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
