Assembler - Job Overview

PAY ;$17.00-$17.50/hr

LOC ; San Antonio, TX, US

• Assemble lighting fixtures using hand, air, and power tools following work instructions and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately complete assembly tasks.
• Fit, wire, and connect components while ensuring proper functionality.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility in small teams of 3–4 members.
• Perform physically active tasks, including standing up to 10 hours and lifting 15–45 lbs.
• Demonstrate reliability, strong attendance, and a positive work attitude.
• Participate in hands-on training with opportunities for cross-training and role movement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
