Drive Occupancy. Build Relationships. Close Move-Ins. Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for helping families find the right care solution for their loved ones? Paramount Senior Living is seeking a senior living sales manager to lead occupancy growth through lead generation, relationship building, community tours, and move-in conversions. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales, admissions, business development, healthcare marketing, or senior living sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them feel confident in choosing our community.

What You'll Do

• Generate and manage qualified leads
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families
• Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales process
• Overcome objections and address concerns related to senior living options
• Convert inquiries into scheduled tours and move-ins
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records
• Support community occupancy goals through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a smooth resident transition

What You Have Required

• Proven sales, business development, or admissions experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and close opportunities

Preferred

• Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare Admissions, or Healthcare Sales experience
• Experience working with occupancy goals, move-in targets, or commission-based performance metrics
• CRM or applicant tracking system experience
