Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week) About Us

Irene's Finer Diner is a neighborhood diner that opened in 2022 with a desire to bring fresh, home-made style food to the north center neighborhood. After a kitchen fire in 2024, we opened a bagel shop down the road to keep the brand alive while we rebuilt the restaurant. in may of this year we reopened our doors! Our team is dedicated to serving scratch-made food with quality ingredients and genuine hospitality. We're looking for a reliable, organized baker who takes pride in creating fresh, consistent sourdough baked goods that our guests look forward to every day.

• Prepare and bake breads, biscuits, bagels, and other house-made pastries
• Follow and maintain recipes for consistency and quality
• Prepare doughs, batters, and frostings
• Manage daily production to ensure products are fresh and available
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
• Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

• Previous professional baking experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Early morning availability is required
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
