Communications Strategist And Organizational Change Management Journeyman

Savvee Inc. is seeking a thoughtful Communications Strategist and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Journeyman to support our federal client in Camp Springs, MD in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will shape clear, audience-focused communication and change strategies that guide leaders and stakeholders through transformation. Essential Functions:

• Developing executive and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Drafting messaging, briefs, FAQs, and training materials.
• Supporting adoption, readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensuring compliance with Section 508 and Plain Language.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

Required Education and Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent.

Minimum Experience and Skills Required:

• Seven or more years of communications or change management experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain the client's suitability.
• A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products.
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A highly motivated self-starter.
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills.

Desired but not required qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal programs in highly regulated environments.
