For dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with their CCC certification, this contract opportunity provides a chance to work hands-on with a diverse caseload of 30-40 students in grades K-5, located at a welcoming elementary campus near Warren, MI. The position runs from now through June 2027 with a weekly schedule of 32.5 hours, allowing you to build long-term relationships and make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Need:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Proven background working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Excellent organization and documentation skills
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered approaches

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with various communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Document progress, collaborate with families, staff, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Deliver therapy sessions onsite in a welcoming, supportive elementary environment
• Consult with classroom teachers to integrate communication strategies into daily instruction
