We're looking for a customer-focused, results-driven Strategic Account Manager / Inside Sales to develop long-term partnerships with key customers while driving profitable growth across our Hamilton, Ohio operation.

This role is ideal for an experienced industrial sales professional who enjoys managing strategic accounts, leading commercial initiatives, collaborating with operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

As our Strategic Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers while working closely with production, customer service, quality, and leadership teams to deliver outstanding service and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.

• Manage relationships with key customer decision-makers through regular communication and business reviews.

• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contract renewals, and customer agreements.

• Develop annual sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and volume projections.

• Identify opportunities for increased market share, new business, and product expansion.

• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Quality, and Scheduling to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

• Coordinate new product launches, customer trials, first production runs, and implementation activities.

• Monitor account performance including sales, margins, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze business trends and recommend strategies that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization plans.

• Collaborate with marketing and innovation teams to identify new packaging opportunities.

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, reporting, and sales activity updates.

• Represent Saica Pack professionally while strengthening our reputation throughout the marketplace.

Minimum requirements

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of B2B sales, account management, inside sales, or industrial manufacturing experience.

• Experience managing strategic or national customer accounts.

• Corrugated packaging, paper, manufacturing, or industrial sales experience is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation and commercial business acumen.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.

• Experience interpreting sales metrics, margins, and profitability.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
