Strategic Health Systems National Accounts Director

Bayer is seeking a National Account Director - Health Systems to drive sales and market growth within large healthcare systems, IDNs, and other organized customers across the USA. The role collaborates with RADs, Area VPs, and cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, win new business, and optimize formulary adoption. Travel 25–50% regional; national travel as needed.
