This full-time position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including chart reviews and data collection, to assess individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare providers to discuss patient histories, treatment progress, and necessary adjustments in care plans.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of complex diagnoses, lab results, and contraindications to inform effective therapeutic interventions.
• Design, implement, and supervise treatment programs for a varied caseload that includes orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients, ensuring all therapy is goal-oriented and evidence-based.
• Monitor and manage clinical outcomes, addressing any outlier cases proactively with fellow therapists to refine treatment strategies.
• Ensure that clinical workflows are optimized for patient capture, efficient management of referrals, and scheduling of appointments to enhance patient throughput.

Qualifications

• Possess an active and valid Physical Therapist license from the State of Florida.
• Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually , depending on caseload and experience.
