Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient histories and performing detailed assessments to formulate an individualized treatment plan tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their active participation in goal setting and care decisions.
• Implement and demonstrate proficiency in treatment protocols, utilizing evidence-based practices and adjusting methods as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care, recognizing and documenting changes in health status that may warrant modifications to the treatment approach.
• Manage the complete discharge planning process, ensuring that patients have the necessary tools and support for successful recovery post-treatment.
• Accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress notes is vital, detailing the patient's course of care, evaluations, and follow-up plans.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote wellness and preventative care strategies, contributing to public health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a broad range of patients, including those recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Your role as a PT will encompass working with adults and elderly patients, providing tailored rehabilitation therapies that address their specific health concerns. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
