Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training.
• Provide guidance to patients in conducting active and passive exercises, prosthetic training, and activities of daily living.
• Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Adapt treatment plans based on individual patient feedback and progress assessments, maintaining flexibility to meet changing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment and treatment of orthopedic conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patients.

Preferred Experience

• Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
