Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, documenting medical history, pain levels, and functional limitations to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized therapy protocols focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, restoring function and mobility through targeted exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and modern technology to enhance patient therapies and improve outcomes, including modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation when appropriate.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for our patients.

• Educate patients and their families on relevant self-care strategies, pain management techniques, and preventive measures to promote long-term wellness.

• Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of those in your care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients of all ages, focusing particularly on those with orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and age-related mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid foundation in clinical skills and patient care.
